What is your favourite part of your job? I love seeing our young people develop across all of the programmes that we run, and celebrating their successes at our celebration events – they are all wonderful students and we are so pleased to be working with each and every one of them.
What animal would you be and why? I would be a deer because I love being outdoors in the countryside!
